Youth Justice Community Support Program

VICSEG is part of a Youth Justice Consortium of youth support agencies, headed by the Jesuit Social Services Brosnan Centre. The program offers intense support to vulnerable young refugee men in youth custody or on parole. The program helps reduce social isolation and provides assistance to establish housing, pathways to education and training, links to drug and alcohol treatment services and practical support with day-to-day living skills.  In addition, the program team contributes towards  youth justice information sessions for volunteers and professionals working with vulnerable young people from migrant and refugee background.
