Course Prerequisites:

To study this qualification, students will need to have completed one of the following qualifications or sets of qualifications:

· CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

· CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

· CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) PLUS CHCSS00098 Individual Support - Disability Skill Set

· CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set

Placement


You will need to complete a minimum 120 hours of placement.

Practical placement is organised by New Futures Training.

    This course is superseded by Certificate IV in Disability Support (CHC43121). 

    For now, you may still enrol in this course. We will transition you to the new course at no additional cost once it is available, if you have not yet finished your course at that time.
