Gain additional skills to provide support to people with Disability

The CHCSS00098 Individual Support - Disability Skill Set equips students who hold a Certificate III level or higher qualification in Community Services, Health or related fields with the skills to provide person-centred support to people with disability in various settings.

Approximately 8-14 weeks (including holidays)

Placement


You will need to complete 24- 40 hours of placement. Practical placement is organised by New Futures Training.

Pathways to further study

The CHCSS00098 Individual Support - Disability Skill Set may provide a pathway into the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support for those learners who have already undertaken a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or another related qualification.
