What if I want to study and I don’t meet the eligibility criteria?
You can still study at your choice of training provider if places are available, but you will not be able to access a government-subsidised tuition fee. You will be required to pay full fees for your course. Speak with our Intake staff if you have any questions.

Full Cost Tuition Fees
Students must pay a deposit of $500 on the enrolment day, this includes a non-refundable enrolment charge of $250. Students can enter into a payment plan and all fees must be paid by the middle of course.

The New Futures Occasional Childcare Centre is available for children of our students and operates on weekdays from 9.30am – 2.30pm. Childcare subsidy (CCS) available.
Places are subject to availability and very limited. For more information on available places, as well as term and sessional fees, please contact our staff.
Certificates can be reprinted for the costs given below:

Student will be offered a refund of course monies paid in relation to any training not delivered. The refund will be paid to you within 2 weeks of the day on which the course ceased to be provided. Alternatively, you may be offered enrolment in an alternative course at no extra cost to you. You have the right to choose whether you would prefer a refund or placement in another course. |

Difficulties with Payments
Students who have difficulties with their fees are welcome to discuss these issues with welfare staff or management to find a solution.
"Prior to the commencement of training, the Training Provider must supply each Eligible Individual with a Statement of Fees. The Statement of Fees must provide Eligible Individuals with a quote for the total cost to them, for their course of study/enrolment, taking into account their current circumstances (including any eligibility for concession).”[2018 Guidelines about Fees Skills First Program]
The fees stated in the Statement of Fees section will remain constant for the calendar year of your enrolment.
