Welcoming Brimbank Family Day Educators

We are proud and excited to have welcome eleven educators from Brimbank Council that is closing its doors to Family Day Care Service. Each of them come with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Early Childhood. With us they are stepping on to the electronic platform for the first time that transforms to a paperless world.

Here is what one of those educators said;

“I am Swarna Banneheka who transferred from the Brimbank family day care to New futures Family Day Care recently after Brimbank closed down. With over 22 years of industry experience in child care sector, 

I have had an eventful experience with the industry. 

I won the regional award for educator of the year in 2012 from the National Family Day Care of Australia. 

I chose to work with VICSEG after reading their mission and practices of ensuring that children learn and grow 
to be confident and socially competent of our multicultural society.

I also believe my values align with VICSEG and that is really important for me. From the beginning,
VICSEG staff and facilities have made me feel apart of their family and have been very inclusive
and I look forward to my journey with VICSEG"
