I gain tremendous amounts of job satisfaction working in the Aged Care sector

I studied the Certificate III in Individual Support in 2017. For my placement I was sent to an Aged Care facility in Carlton and by the end, I was offered a job as a PCA. I still work at the same Aged Care facility but as a Registered Nurse now. All credit goes to VICSEG for giving me the starting point to a career in nursing.
